Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisins
3 cups rolled oats
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) Beat together the sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
3) Add the milk until combined.
4) Add the walnuts, raisins and oats.
5) Taking a spoon of the cookie dough, form 3 inch balls and flatten them. Then, place them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
6) Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, or until done.
